love of my life raw beets and berries smoothie

Love is in the air, and in the kitchen. Especially when you start your day with this power-packed smoothie. Show the love of your life how much you love them by making this smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 big handfuls of greens (spinach, chard, collards, kale)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 raw beet, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 c frozen cranberries
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 2 servings of your favorite chocolate plant-based protein

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve in a wine glass for an extra dose of l’amour.
