Love is in the air, and in the kitchen. Especially when you start your day with this power-packed smoothie. Show the love of your life how much you love them by making this smoothie for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 big handfuls of greens (spinach, chard, collards, kale)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 raw beet, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- 1/4 c frozen cranberries
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds or flax seeds
- 2 servings of your favorite chocolate plant-based protein
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve in a wine glass for an extra dose of l’amour.
